Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon
The classic New York breakfast needn't be a guilty pleasure. Delicious on Dark Rye RYVITA® Crispbread.

Ingredients:
1 Dark Rye RYVITA® Crispbread
1 tbsp reduced fat cream cheese
1 thin slice of smoked salmon
rocket leaves, shredded
Method:
Spread the reduced fat cream cheese on the Dark Rye RYVITA® Crispbread. Place a slice of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese. Finally shred the rocket leaves on top.
Mozzarella and Tomato Topped with Basil
The aromatic fresh basil brings the best of the other ingredients. Conjure up the evocative taste of the Mediterranean.

2 thin slices of reduced fat mozzarella cheese
2 slices of tomato
basil leaves, shredded
Method:
Slice the reduced fat mozzarella and place the slices on the Dark Rye RYVITA® Crispbread. Slice the tomato and layer these on the mozzarella. Finally shred the basil leaves on top.
Tuna Mayo and Cucumber
Delicious and nutritious, tuna's packed with protein, vitamin D and Omega-3 and works well spooned over a layer of cucumber.

1 tbsp reduced fat tuna mayonnaise
2 slices of cucumber
1 sliced spring onion
Method:
Slice the cucumber. Layer the slices of cucumber on the Original RYVITA® Crackerbread. Mix the drained tuna with the reduced fat mayonnaise. Add the tuna mayonnaise and spring onion over the cucumbers. Season with black pepper and lemon juice (optional).
