Margaret Balneaves - 50+ Slimmer of the Year 2011

When Margaret Balneaves was tragically widowed, she decided a fitting tribute to her husband was to get herself fit and healthy. Now after losing a jaw dropping 11st she's shrunk from a size 32 to a size 10 and been crowned the 50+ Slimmer of the Year for 2011. Here she chats to Rosemary Conley about how she did it.

Well done to Margaret Balneaves! It would have been so easy to have comforted yourself with food when you lost your husband, so congratulations on having the determination to take a positive decision and to sticking with the diet over a number of years.
