After joining classes way back in 1974 Gwen Cherry is officially the longest serving member of Rosemary Conley classes. 71 year old Gwen lost 2st 6lb at those early classes and nearly 40 years later, the great grandmother is still slim and trim. She's starred in no less than 4 videos, appeared on TV and magazines and still helps out at Rosemary's classes in Leicestershire every week. As part of the celebrations for Rosemary's 40th anniversary in 2011 here she joins Rosemary in the studio and recounts the secrets of her success.
