I try to walk my two 40 mins in the morning and the same at night, I add a little jog to it too and on the weekends we can make the walks more fun and much longer.. I've definitely noticed a big difference since increasing the walks and I also try to hold in my stomach and clench the buttocks as we are going around ha-ha
