After losing weight at a steady pace of 2lbs a week, I'm now on my last stone and the weight loss has slowed right down to about half a pound a week. I can't reduce my calories further. My exercise levels are daily dog walking and daily aerobics and toning exercises, so I can't manage any more than that. Is this a normal rate for the last stone?
