Holiday Weight Gain - Question Time

I've lost 3 stone at my Rosemary Conley class in readiness for my holiday of a lifetime last month. But now I've come back I'm appalled to weigh in again and I've gained a stone! Help!!! Is it possible to have subtitles with the videos please? I'm very deaf, and turning the sound up doesn't have much effect! Many thanks!
