I've got a fab little pot with a hole for the 'mouth' (it's a smiley face). You crack an egg into the 'pot' and pour the yolk out through the 'mouth'. My gran and mum taught me to do the switching from shell halves and also the egg on the saucer! I prefer my smiley pot :D
