Simply pour in your meat juices or stock, leave them to settle and, once the fat has risen to the top, the cleverly designed heatproof jug will pour out the stock but leave the fat behind – ensuring you keep all the richness and flavour from your roast dinner, but none of the calories! The jug has a removable lid and a filter at the top – making it perfect for straining stock as you pour it in, and with its large 1.5 litre capacity, and measurements at the side, it also makes a great measuring jug. The fat separator compartment and the filter simply lift out for easy cleaning and it is dishwasher safe too!
