Since Jan 1st 2012 I have lost 1 stone on the Solo Slim! The majority of the food is absolutely gorgeous! There are a couple I'm not keen on! Second target is another stone by end of April whooo! I WILL fit into my summer clothes :D Exercise as well and see the weight melt off! My trousers are loose now - rather saggy tbh!

I've bought a couple of weeks' worth now and the foods are delicious! I decided not to do the 1,200 cal first part because I get so hungry after work I pig out *blush* so I missed that part out and went straight to the 1400 part! Last week I lost 2lb (and I wasn't being 100% good either)! If you're strapped for time - I'd recommend these foods!

These really are delicious. I've tried a wide variety of these products and haven't been disappointed yet. I do the weekly class as well as Rosemary's exercise video. I'm feeling so much better. But I'm disappointed that I can't get hold of the nutrition bars as I'd like to try those.
