Ingredients
- 2 red onions, finely sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 carrots, grated
- 1 green pepper, deseeded and sliced
- 100g beansprouts
- 2 heads of chicory, shredded
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsps chilli sauce
Cooking Instructions
- Dry-fry the finely sliced red onions in a wok with 2 crushed garlic cloves. Add 3 grated carrots, 1 green pepper, deseeded and sliced, 100g beansprouts and 2 shredded heads of chicory. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsps of chilli sauce.
- Toss well until hot and serve.
