Ingredients

  • 250g chestnut mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable stock
  • 250g tomato passata
  • 4 fresh basil leaves, chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a preheated non-stick pan, dry-fry the mushrooms and onion until soft.
  2. Add the vegetable stock powder along with the tomato passata. Stir in the chopped basil.
  3. Serve with pasta.
