Ingredients
- 150g button mushrooms, quartered
- 1 red onion, chopped
- pinch of dried chilli flakes
- 1 x 250g packet brown basmati rice, steamed
- a few frozen peas
Cooking Instructions
- In a preheated non-stick pan, dry-fry the button mushrooms with the red onion until soft.
- Add the dried chilli flakes and stir in the steamed rice.
- Add a few frozen peas and serve when the rice is hot.
