- 200g cranberry sauce
- 6 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, chopped
- seeds from 1 pomegranate
- 1 small red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Heat the cranberry sauce, spring onions, ginger, pomegranate seeds and chilli in a saucepan, stirring well until all the ingredients are combined.
- Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
