Ingredients
- 1 blue Portion Pot (35g oats)
- 200ml low-fat yogurt
- 2 tbsps frozen blueberries
- maple syrup, to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Mix together 1 blue Portion Pot (35g) oats with 200ml low-fat yogurt and 2 tbsps frozen blueberries.
- Cover and leave overnight in the fridge. The next morning, remove from the fridge and sweeten to taste with maple syrup.
