Ingredients

  • 6 low-fat vegetarian sausages
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.
  2. Place 6 low-fat vegetarian sausages on a non-stick baking tray and dust with 1 tsp paprika.
  3. Mix together 1 tbsp grain mustard and 1 tbsp honey and pour over.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked.
  5. Allow to cool then sprinkle with 1 tbsp chopped chives and slice into pieces.
  6. Spike with cocktail sticks and place on a serving plate.

Tips

Make in advance for a fuller flavour.
