Ingredients
- 6 low-fat vegetarian sausages
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.
- Place 6 low-fat vegetarian sausages on a non-stick baking tray and dust with 1 tsp paprika.
- Mix together 1 tbsp grain mustard and 1 tbsp honey and pour over.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked.
- Allow to cool then sprinkle with 1 tbsp chopped chives and slice into pieces.
- Spike with cocktail sticks and place on a serving plate.
