Ingredients
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 150ml white wine
- seeds from 1 pomegranate
- 100g grapes, cut in half
- 100g melon, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp Silver Spoon Half Spoon
Cooking Instructions
- Heat the ginger and wine in a small saucepan. Add the pomegranate seeds, fruits and sugar and remove from the heat.
- Serve hot or cold with low-fat fromage frais, if desired.
Tips
Ideally, make in advance and leave overnight to allow the flavours to develop further.
