Ingredients

  • 4 kiwi fruit
  • 2 tsps maple syrup
  • cinnamon, to dust

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high. Cut the tops off the kiwi fruit and place the fruit, flat-side down, on a non-stick baking tray. Drizzle with the maple syrup and dust with the cinnamon.
  2. Cook the fruit under the hot grill for 4-5 minutes until hot and bubbling.
  3. Serve immediately with low-fat yogurt.

Tips

Cut the tops off straight so that the fruit stands upright on the baking tray.
