Ingredients
- 1 x 23g sachet sugar-free raspberry jelly
- 80g frozen blueberries
- 80g frozen raspberries
Cooking Instructions
- Make up the jelly according to the instructions, to give approx 560ml.
- Divide the frozen fruit between 4 tall glasses. Pour the jelly over and refrigerate until set. Serve chilled from the fridge.
Tips
Using frozen fruits helps the jelly to set much more quickly.
