Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 200g 3% fat Greek natural yogurt
- 397g tin Carnation caramel
- Orange segments, to decorate
- fresh mint, to decorate
Cooking Instructions
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff. In a seperate bowl mix together the natural yogurt with the caramel, combine together and pour into glasses.
- Decorate with orange segments and a mint leaf.
