Ingredients
- 8 sponge fingers (can be gluten free)
- 200g frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsps sweet sherry
- 1 x 23g sugar-free jelly
- ½ x 75g pack instant low-fat custard
- 4 tbsps 3% Greek low-fat yogurt
Cooking Instructions
- Divide the sponge fingers into 4 glass dishes and drizzle over the sherry. Add a layer of raspberries to each dish.
- Make up the jelly and pour a layer over the raspberries. Place in the refrigerator and allow to set.
- Meanwhile make up the custard using boiling water and allow to cool. Once the trifles are set, cover the bases with the custard. Top each trifle with yogurt and chill until required. Decorate with a few raspberries.
Tips
For a creamier topping add Dream Topping made with skimmed milk instead of the yogurt.
