Ingredients

  • 600ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 x 23g sachet raspberry sugar-free jelly
  • 4 fresh raspberries
  • 4 mint leaves, to decorate

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat the milk in a small saucepan to near boiling, then whisk in the jelly until it has thoroughly dissolved.
  2. Allow the mixture to cool, then pour into the glasses or serving dishes. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour until set.
  3. When ready to serve, decorate with the raspberries and mint leaves.

Tips

This dessert will keep for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
