Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 100g caster sugar
- 180g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pomegranate juice
- Serve with low-fat yogurt or fromage frais
Cooking Instructions
- Whisk together the eggs and the caster sugar until thick and creamy.
- Mix the plain flour with 1 tsp of baking powder, stir in 2 tbsps of the mixture into the eggs and sugar, add a little pomegranate juice and repeat until all the ingredients have been used up.
- Pour into lightly greased ramekins and cook in a preheated oven at 150C, 300F, Gas Mark 2 for 20 minutes until firm to the touch.
- Serve warm with low-fat yogurt or fromage frais.
