Ingredients
- 1 Sharon fruit
- 1 tsp dark brown sugar
- juice of ½ lime
- lime zest, to decorate
- raspberry sauce, to serve
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high.
- Remove the top from the fruit and cut the fruit in half.
- Place on a baking tray, sprinkle the sugar over and drizzle with the lime juice. Place under the grill for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Decorate with the lime zest and serve hot with the raspberry sauce.
