Ingredients

  • 300g frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tbsps demerara sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. Divide the berries between 4 shallow dishes.
  2. Preheat the grill to high. Sprinkle the fruits with sugar and place under the grill until golden brown.
  3. Garnish with low-fat creme fraiche and serve.
