Ingredients
- 70g low-fat custard powder
- 250ml boiling water
- 5 sheets of filo pastry
- 4 figs, quartered
- golden syrup, to decorate
- icing sugar, for dusting
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6. Make the custard by adding 250ml boiling water and allow to cool.
- Stack 5 sheets of filo on top of each other spraying lightly in between each layer with oil spray. Cut into 4 rectangles and place on a non-stick baking tray.
- Place a line of custard down the centre of each rectangle, then decorate with 4 fresh fig quarters. Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle with golden syrup, dust with icing sugar and serve.
