Ingredients
- 75g low-fat spread
- 100g caster sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 100g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cooking Instructions
- Beat the low-fat spread with the caster sugar, gradually adding the egg. Sieve the flour and baking powder and beat again adding the vanilla.
- Pour into 12 cake papers and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes until firm to touch.
- When the cakes are cooked, allow to cool, then decorate with roll out icing and dust with icing sugar.
