Ingredients
- 1 x 70g packet low-fat instant custard
- 1 x 23g packet reduced sugar orange jelly
- 1 heaped tbsp Green & Blacks cocoa
- 100g low-fat fromage frais
Cooking Instructions
- Make up the custard with 300ml of boiling water. Add the jelly and cocoa to the custard mix. Whisk for 5 minutes to dissolve the jelly. Allow to cool slightly before mixing in the fromage frais.
- Whisk 2 egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Pour into serving glasses and allow to cool until set.
Tips
This simple dessert can be made in advance - make in small glasses for a low-fat chocolate hit.
