Ingredients
- 2 slices of Granary bread
- 100g drained tuna (in brine)
- 1 tbsp extra light mayonnaise
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and diced
- a few chopped fresh mixed herbs
Cooking Instructions
- Lightly toast 2 slices of granary bread on both sides.
- Mix 100g drained tuna (in brine) with 1 tbsp extra light mayo, 1 diced red pepper and a few chopped fresh mixed herbs.
- Spread on the toast and return to the grill until hot and bubbling.
- Serve with salad leaves as a light lunch.
