Ingredients
- 2 long red peppers
- 4 spring onions
- 1 x 250g pack Tilda steamed brown basmati rice
- 1 ripe tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- fresh basil leaves
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.
- Split the peppers lengthways and remove the centre seeds.
- Mix together all the remaining ingredients and place in the centre of the pepper shells. Place on a non-stick baking tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold with either salad leaves or green vegetables of your choice.
