Ingredients
- 1 x 400g can chickpeas
- 1 tbsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp soft brown sugar
- cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsps raisins
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.
- Drain the can of chickpeas well and place on a non-stick baking tray.
- Mix together 1 tbsp Garam masala and 1 tbsp soft brown sugar and sprinkle over the chickpeas and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Dust with cayenne pepper and serve in bowls mixed with 2 tbsps raisins.
Tips
