Ingredients
- 200g white cabbage
- 200g carrots, peeled
- 1 small white onion
- 2 celery sticks
- 100g prepared pineapple
- 2 tbsps low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp low-fat natural yogurt
- juice of 1 lime
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Finely shred the cabbage, and grate the carrots, celery and onion into a mixing bowl.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix well, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
- Pile into a serving dish and chill until ready to serve.
Tips
This homemade coleslaw will keep for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
