Ingredients
- 1 wholemeal deli roll
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 2 tsps extra-light mayonnaise
- 1 slice (15g) pastrami
- 4 slices fresh tomato
- 1 gherkin, sliced
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick health grill.
- Cut the deli roll in half.
- Mix the mustard and mayonnaise together and spread on both halves of the bread roll.
Tips
Use Quorn meat-style slices instead of pastrami for a vegetarian option
