Ingredients

  • 1 wholemeal deli roll
  • 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tsps extra-light mayonnaise
  • 1 slice (15g) pastrami
  • 4 slices fresh tomato
  • 1 gherkin, sliced

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick health grill.
  2. Cut the deli roll in half.
  3. Mix the mustard and mayonnaise together and spread on both halves of the bread roll.

Tips

Use Quorn meat-style slices instead of pastrami for a vegetarian option
