Ingredients

  • 250g cooked, peeled prawns
  • juice of 1 lime
  • a pinch of paprika
  • 1 tbsp extra light mayonnaise
  • black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place 250g cooked peeled prawns, the juice of 1 lime, a pinch of paprika, 1 tbsp extra light mayonnaise in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Season with black pepper. Scrape into a bowl and serve with vegetable sticks and toasted pitta breads.

Tips
