Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to .
- Cook 12 quails eggs by placing them in a saucepan of boiling water for 4 minutes, then refresh in cold water. Remove the shell and place on kitchen towel to dry.
- Split 4 gluten free sausages from their skins and divide each sausage in three.
- Squash the pieces of sausagemeat flat and wrap around each egg rolling between your hands until no egg white is showing.
- Roll in the breadcrumbs and place on a baking tray. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the sausagemeat is cooked.
- Allow to cool, then pack in boxes.
