Ingredients

  • 12 quails eggs
  • 4 gluten free sausages
  • gluten free breadcrumbs

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to .
  2. Cook 12 quails eggs by placing them in a saucepan of boiling water for 4 minutes, then refresh in cold water. Remove the shell and place on kitchen towel to dry.
  3. Split 4 gluten free sausages from their skins and divide each sausage in three.
  4. Squash the pieces of sausagemeat flat and wrap around each egg rolling between your hands until no egg white is showing.
  5. Roll in the breadcrumbs and place on a baking tray. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the sausagemeat is cooked.
  6. Allow to cool, then pack in boxes.
