Ingredients
- 4 slices wholemeal bread
- 50g low-fat soft cheese
- 2 slices smoked salmon
- lemon juice
- black pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Spread the 4 slices of wholemeal bread with a thin layer of cream cheese.
- Add the smoked salmon to 2 sides and squeeze over a little lemon juice and season with black pepper.
- Place the other slices on top and trim away the crusts with serated knife.
- Cut into triangles and cover with food wrap until ready to serve.
