Ingredients
- ½ Chinese cabbage
- 200g cooked chicken, diced
- 2 tbsps Hellmann's Extra Light Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mango chutney
- 1 tsp mild curry powder
- 150g seedless white grapes
- 50g mange tout, sliced
Cooking Instructions
- Shred the cabbage and place in a serving dish.
- Mix together the chicken, mayonnaise, chutney, cuury powder and grapes. Spoon on to the shredded cabbage and garnish with the sliced mange tout.
- Eat straight away, or store in the refrigerator and eat within two days.
Tips
The chicken mix also makes a tasty sandwich filling or jacket potato topping.
