Ingredients

  • 400g potatoes, peeled
  • a little semi-skimmed milk or Virtually fat-free fromage frais
  • 2 heads of raw chicory
  • salt and black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Boil 400g peeled potatoes until soft. Mash well, adding a little semi-skimmed milk or virtually fat-free fromage frais. Shred 2 heads of raw chicory and mix into the mash. Pile into a serving dish and season with salt and black pepper.
