Ingredients
- 100g Thai chicken pieces, cooked
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 tbsp Hellmann's Extra Light Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
- 2 medium sized pitta breads
- handful of fresh spinach leaves, shredded
Cooking Instructions
- Cut 4 pieces of cooked Thai chicken pieces (100g total) into slices and mix with 2 sliced tomatoes and a handful of shredded fresh spinach leaves.
- Add 1 tbsp pf Hellmann's Extra Light Mayonnaise and 1 tsp of sweet chilli sauce and combine well.
- Lightly toast 2 medium-sized pitta breads in a health grill or under a hot grill, then split them open and divide the mixture between them. Cut in half and serve.
