Ingredients
- Basic pancake batter, to make 6 pancakes
- 2 skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 4 spring onions, finely sliced
- 6 chestnut mushrooms, sliced
- 1 sage leaf, finely chopped
- 1 small can condensed mushroon soup
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.
- Dry-fry the chicken in a non-stick pan until lightly browned. Add the spring onion and mushrooms, sage and soup and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spoon into the pancakes and place in an ovenproof dish. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the pancakes are crispy.
