Ingredients
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2 Quorn sausages
- 4 large mushrooms
- 5 basil leaves, finely chopped
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.
- Heat a non-stick pan and dry-fry the onion until soft. Allow to cool.
- Mash the sausages with a fork and add to the pan, mixing well with the onion.
- Remove the stalks from the mushrooms and finely chop, reserving the caps. Add the chopped stalks to the pan along with the basil.
- Pile the mixture on to the mushroom caps and place on a non-stick baking tray. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with salad leaves or fresh vegetables.
Tips
Quorn sausages can be frozen and defrosted as required.
