Ingredients
- 72g slice (one quarter) ciabatta bread
- 100g Arabiatta pasta sauce
- 30g wafer-thin ham
- 4-5 slices pickled chillies
- 30g half-fat mozzarella
- few basil leaves for decoration
Cooking Instructions
- Place the ciabatta on a non-stick baking tray and toast, either under a hot grill or in a preheated 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6 oven.
- Spread the base with the pasta sauce and top with the remaining ingredients, finishing with the mozzarella, torn into strands.
- Return the ciabatta to the grill or oven until hot and melted.
- Decorate with a few basil leaves and serve warm.
