Ingredients
- 300g extra lean minced turkey
- 100g lean back bacon, diced
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
- 1 tbsp mango chutney
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine well with a wooden spoon. Divide the mixture into 6 and mould into burger shapes, then press down with your palms to flatten them slightly.

- Preheat a barbecue or grill. Cook the burgers for 30-35 minutes on a hot barbecue or under a hot grill, turning them every 5 minutes to brown both sides. Check that they are cooked through to the centre by cutting one of the burgers in half.
- Serve with salad of your choice.
Tips
You can substitute finely chopped gammon for the bacon.
