Ingredients
- 2 tbsps bramata (polenta) flour
- 4 thin turkey steaks
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- For the salsa
- 2 beef tomatoes, diced
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high or preheat a barbecue.
- Sprinkle the polenta flour on a plate and season with salt and black pepper.
- Dip the turkey steaks into the flour, coating all sides.
- Place the turkey steaks under a hot grill or on the barbecue and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning regularly during cooking.
- Meanwhile, mix the salsa ingredients together in a bowl, then pour into a saucepan and heat.
- Serve the turkey steaks with the salsa and unlimited additional vegetables.
Tips
Dipping the turkey steaks in polenta flour before cooking gives a crispy coating.
