Ingredients
- 1 tsp tandoori powder
- 1 tbsp 3% fat natural yogurt
- a little fresh lemon juice
- 1 x 120g skinless chicken breast
- chopped fresh coriander, to garnish
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.
- Mix the tandoori powder with the yogurt and little fresh lemon juice.
- Make several cuts across the chicken breast and spread with the yogurt mixture.
- Bake the chicken breast in the oven for 20 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with coriander and serve with salad leaves and pickles.
