Indian is usually off the menu when you're on a diet but this gorgeous tandoori chicken recipe hits all the right spots and won't pile on the pounds. Only 200 calories.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp tandoori powder
  • 1 tbsp 3% fat natural yogurt
  • a little fresh lemon juice
  • 1 x 120g skinless chicken breast
  • chopped fresh coriander, to garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.
  2. Mix the tandoori powder with the yogurt and little fresh lemon juice.
  3. Make several cuts across the chicken breast and spread with the yogurt mixture.
  4. Bake the chicken breast in the oven for 20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve with salad leaves and pickles.
