Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 courgette, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 350g Quorn mince
- 1 x 500g jar Dolmio Light Bolognese sauce
- 2 tsps dried mixed herbs
- 1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
- freshly ground black pepper
- fresh basil, to garnish
Cooking Instructions
- Dry-fry the onion, courgette and pepper in a non-stick pan for a few minutes until soft. Add the mince, Dolmio sauce, herbs and chopped tomatoes to the pan, season with black pepper and stir well.
- Leave to simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with fresh basil and serve with 1 portion pot spaghetti measure/52g (dry weight) spaghetti.
