Seared Tuna with Chilli Cream

This very quick tuna recipe is a great way of cooking fish and is much healthier than coating in oil. Make sure the tuna is very fresh and the pan is hot enough to sear the tuna and seal in the moisture. It's important not to overcook it as it can go dry. The garlic and chilli cream is simply perfect for dipping. 153 calories and 4% fat
