Seared tuna with chilli cream

Ingredients
- 4 x 100g tuna steaks
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- olive oil spray
- For the dressing:
- 2 tbsps 2% fat Greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 small red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick griddle pan and lightly spray with oil spray.
- Season the tuna steaks with salt and black pepper. When the pan is hot, add the tuna and cook until the colour changes halfway up the sides of the steaks.
- Turn them over and cook on the other side, them remove from the pan and allow to rest for 1-2 minutes.
- Mix together the dressing ingredients and season with salt and black pepper.
- Spoon the dressing over the tuna steaks and serve with 150g dry-roasted potatoes per person and unlimited vegetables or salad.
Tips
This spicy cream dressing goes well with griddled vegetables and any white meat.
