Ingredients
- 10g dried mushrooms
- 300ml vegetable stock
- 1 leek, chopped
- 2 tsps vegetable gravy granules
- 1 tbsp 3% fat Greek-style natural yogurt
Cooking Instructions
- Boil the dried mushrooms with the vegetable stock until soft.
- Add the leek and thicken with the gravy granules.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the yogurt.
Tips
Soak the mushrooms overnight in boiling water with a clove of crushed garlic for added flavour
