Ingredients

  • 2 salmon steaks
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp lemongrass paste
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 small red chilli, sliced
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.
  2. Place the salmon steaks on a baking tray and season with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl and drizzle over the steaks.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until just cooked. Serve with a mixed salad and hot new potatoes.

Tips

Serve this fragrant dish hot or cold with a selection of salads.
