Ingredients
- 2 salmon steaks
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp lemongrass paste
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 small red chilli, sliced
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.
- Place the salmon steaks on a baking tray and season with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl and drizzle over the steaks.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until just cooked. Serve with a mixed salad and hot new potatoes.
