Ingredients
- 300g lean lamb steak
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tsps mint sauce
- 1 x 150g pack stir-fry vegetables
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick wok.
- Cut the lamb into strips, removing any visible fat.
- Put the lamb, onion and garlic into the wok and cook quickly over a high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add the mint sauce, stir-fry vegetables and soy sauce, and toss well before cooking for 7-8 minutes.
- Serve on a bed of noodles or rice.
Tips
Choose very lean cuts of lamb to ensure you keep the fat content down
