I have just made this recipe from one of the magazines and found it also to be sloppy. I was just checking with a different source incase the recipe was incorrect but it is the same on this site. I have added my oats but not sure if that will work as it changes the content. Any ideas??
I love the recipes.

I tried this but the mixture went very sloppy, I'm sure I kept to the recipe exactly. I managed to cook them as flat patties rather than nice fat burgers. They tasted delicious! I will try again
